Spring

REGISTRATION IS CLOSED

Anyone that did not sign up in time please contact us at LightningHockeyClub4@gmail.com to discuss spring team availability.

The spring season consists of 8 practices at the West Meadows Rink in Rolling Meadows. Practices will occur at either West Meadows or Sports Complex. Our schedule page includes the practice dates/times. We are still determining which night will be a JV practice and which will be a varsity practice.

Additionally, there will be 8 scrimmage games against other local high schools in the area. Once we know those games, we will place them in the schedule.

This is a great opportunity to get extra ice, meet new players, and have the flexibility to focus on your studies and other activities.

Ages

Players that are entering Freshman year in Fall 2025 are able to play spring hockey

Additionally, any Sophomores through Seniors going into Fall 2025 can play in spring hockey.

Seniors graduating in 2025 are not eligible to play.

When

Please see our calendar with practices listed for JV and Varsity. Games to be scheduled. Season ends 5/22.

COST

$650 Skater

$325 Goalie

Sibling discount of $50 per player given to families with more than 1 player in the program.

Practices

8 practices total, 1 practice a week for 8 weeks.

Practices to be held at West Meadows Ice Rink in Rolling Meadows.

Practices for spring are on the SCHEDULE page.

Games

8 scrimmage games will be played in the spring season. Games will be scheduled against other high schools in the North Central Hockey League.

Jerseys

Players will receive a jersey and socks which is included in the price of spring fees.

2025

The season will start on April 1st and end May. 22nd. All practices are on the SCHEDULE page of the website. Games are still to be scheduled.

Annual First Responders Charity Game - 3/22

Come watch the 2024/25 Lightning players face off against local First Responders!

The event includes food, prizes and more, including Wayne Messmer singing the anthem! This amazing event brings our community together to support the Tunnel to Towers Foundation. A can’t miss!
